Our Mission

Access to our community is a not-for-profit organization incorporated to offer services, provide programs, and engage in other community activities that promote and support community development. ATOC, usually serve all under represented community in King county and greater Washington state. ATOC, is dedicated to building the human, social, and physical capital in local community.
